The Glove Knitting Machine requies a considerable number of exceedingly high-precision, small components relatively difficult to develop, which is why it is not localized yet. However, Dongsung Precision has now successfully manufactured the first Glove Knitting Machine totally by it's own strength. With dozens of automated operations activated by a single motor, this is possibly the most advanced, technoloty-intensive glove knitting machine available, constructed only with 1800 small components manufactured to the tightest allowable tolerances. The fully automatic glove knitting machine is equipped with an automatic oiler to simplify maintenance. Major components are specially heat-treated and wear-esistant to increase reliability and assuree flexibility for many years. A highly efficient and durable Crank Sinker System, proven by series of long-term tests, is incorporated to secure operational stability of the machine. Precision components are molded to maintain high quality and productivity through standardization. |
